"A&N was the company that came out to repair one window. Mr. Castells was punctual. He told me what the problem was. When he told me the cost of the repair, I was floored. It was significantly less than an estimate I received from another company a year ago. I ended up asking to fix all 3 window since they all needed repair and to also fix one of the windows that did not open because it was stuck. After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. Even when they into a snag with the overhang roof on the back patio which was causing water to collect and the wood to rot, they were able to offer a solution. It did require additional work and cost, however reasonable, which we agreed to do. Juan, the lead worker, did an awesome job repairing it and redesigning the screen enclosure to drain and redirect rain water better. The replacement of the screen for the rest of the enclosure was also done very well. The three men crew worked diligently and left everything clean when they were done. I’m very happy with our new screen enclosure, the workmanship and their professionalism. I highly recommend South Florida Screen and their skillful crew. I will definitely use them again if needed."
