There were no high pressure sales tactics, and they allowed us to take samples home to see how they would look with our lighting/furnishings. I can't say enough good things about their installation crew - probably the best workers/contractors I have had. "Jorge and his team were great. Up front about costs, no hidden expenses, and the team brought enough manpower to get everything done in a day, even with a late start. Vinyl isn't hard to install, but they worked around the existing trim, the built-in closets and did a really good job completely redoing the entire second floor. They also had to rebuild the bottom step of the staircase to make everything fit and didn't charge extra for the work. Very pleased with the job and the price seemed reasonable compared to what we got by shopping around. Would definitely recommend them to a friend."

"I'd been searching for months for a reliable and trustworthy remodeler. One had come and wrecked the bathroom and never showed up again because he had another job and did not have a license to operate nor insurance. Leaving the bathroom inoperable. I saw a commercial from Angie and decided to join. A customer service rep from Angie heard me out and suggested three of their contractors. I decided on DIHS given how quickly he got back to me and came to see the bathroom. We agreed on an estimate and he delivered on it. His price was very competitive. He told me step by step the process. He obtained all the permits and licenses much quicker than others had told me it would take. He showed up everyday to work on the bathroom and did an outstanding job. This was the single best contractor I have ever worked with. Whenever he addressed an issue, solved a problem or made an excellent suggestion my husband and I would ask each other in amazement, "Do you believe this guy"?!. He saved us money and delivered a beautiful job. The most extraordinary thing is that he dealt with the incompetent Supplier of fixtures with patience, competence and resourcefulness. He could have just called us and expect us to deal with it but he took it upon himself to deal the issues directly and efficiently. We actually considered taking out an add in the newspaper just to recommend this guy. "Footprints Floors Miami / Mick &amp; Ryan has been exceptional people to work with. We have just purchased a home which was built in 1925 and it seems that we have original floors that are Florida Pine and Oak. Florida pine is very vibrant with a beautiful texture in it; however, it&#39;s not an easy color to stain. The previous owners has stained it with very dark color to hide the texture. Once we sanded down the floors; we wanted to keep it as natural it is, however, Mick has told us that it&#39;s a very rare request and he needs to do some research. After the research; Mick has come up with a stain/sealing brand that he never used before. Once we finished the process, the result was exceptional! Not only the result; Mick &amp; Ryan has been great partners to work with since they have been very responsive and helpful with any request that we came up with. I would highly recommend them."
