"He was great responded the same day and finished job in a timely matter. Very good water heater was provided as well."

"Amazing experience all around. Easy to schedule and to work with, good deal and amazing work installing a tankless water heater. I will definitely call for any future needs."

"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"Very well. The humidifier needed some parts which he replaced and he fixed a small leak and drained my hot water tank."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Showed up at promised time with all they needed to replace the water heater and completed the work in under an hour. Not my usual experience with plumbers. Price was the lowest of three I contacted."

"Had oil heat system replaced to tankless, after converting to gas. Job was done perfectly, finally have unlimited hot water supply, and we have since used blue bear for other small plumbing jobs as they come up."

"My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes."

"He came on time and installed 2 toilets for me —well done job"
