The crew were very friendly and made the effort to thoroughly answer all my questions to my satisfaction. They also added necessary items that I was not aware were required. Their drain line routings were a beauty to see. While backfilling and self compacting prior to the slab pour I was concerned about a soft, moist surface and partially reexcavated a portion of their work. "Scheduling was super easy. The plumber called to see if he could come a couple hours early. I wasn't available and he was understanding.  He was running a little behind due to traffic and called to let me know. Both the people who came where very friendly and polite. They fixed my tub even though I could tell it was a challenging job. 
My only complaint was they left a bit of sludge on my bathroom walls, bathroom floor, bathtub, and floor just outside the bathroom. 
I would use them again, as well as recommend them, but ask first is it's customary to clean up after they are done.
