"I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. "We were given an estimate by Jason & he was very professional & he gave us two options for the work that needed to be done. We chose this company over the two others we received as the work would bring all of our electrical up to code. We were given a start date & estimate of how long it would take and they were spot on. The work was completed on time & it looks great. One the things we liked was that the person doing the estimate (Jason) was also the one doing the work. They handled everything - permits & contacting the city inspector. The city inspector reviewing g the work just kept saying "wow."
