After first talking with Joey on the phone and then meeting him at the installation site, it was obvious that I made the right choice. Joey “knew his stuff” and is very polite and a hard worker. No games, no hard selling. Prices were up front, accurate, and fair. The doors (custom color and one low clearance) with garage door openers had to be special ordered for delivery about a month later and were then installed a few days later at a date and time that Joey and I agreed on. On completion, Joey took all the old and useless doors, garage door openers, hardware, and packaging and left the garage clean for the cars to be immediately driven in. "Excellent.  They (the business owner Gary Scalese and 2 others) arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the task of removing the old door opener and installing the new opener, wall unit and sensors in less than 1 hour.  They even did some maintenance on the door tension springs...a heavy, 16 foot wide, wood door.  They were polite, professional and skilled...working as an experienced team.  They disposed of the old unit and packaging materials and the business owner took time to explain and demonstrate the operation of the new unit.  I am very happy with my new garage door opener and with the service provided.  My old opener was in use for 35 years and was starting to fail.  The new opener is much quieter using a belt rather than a chain mechanism and offers improved lighting, security and safety sensors.  I highly recommend S & S Overhead Door Co. <br />"

"Matt visited our home and provided me with a few estimates for various door options. He then invited us to come and see one of his current installations, which looked great. We decided on the door type we wanted and in about a week he had and installer named Jared installing the doors. Installation took the better part of a day because one of the door sections was made too short by the factory and they had to go and get a replacement panel. The installer was very professional, personable and did a great job. The doors look great and work very well. Prices were reasonable. Based on our experience we would definitely use this company again."
