"David called me minutes after I posted my concern on Angi’s list and that was late Saturday night. I wasn’t even expecting a call back. I explained what we were smelling and he offered to come out Sunday or Monday. I chose Sunday since me and my husband could be there. He showed up at the time he said he would be there, even called me to give me an eta. He took his time testing for a gas leak and checked everything throughly and couldn’t find any gas leaks. He went on to check my whole hvac system explaining everything to us. David was honest and fair and said to call him back if anything happens again. He will be our new A/C guy. "Saved us a ton of money...I signed up with another more pushy company after their scare tactics for a $15,000 2 unit (central AC and furnaces) system...was advised by my parents to have Grants give me a second opinion before I do anything as they had used them for years and they were always very honest.  So I did, and they told me there was no reason to replace anything, and some simple maintenance could be done and save me a boatload of money.  They did the work and alas, I have no issues at all!  Great service, very trustworthy.
