"Overall I had a pretty good experience with the repair man David. He told me it would be $543 to replace the motor in my dryer. I ended up paying $559. I didn’t like that he didn’t make me aware that it was slightly more. He was professional. Labor fees were $200. He took about an hour to do the repair. It would have been more cost efficient to have just purchased a new one, but we didn’t want the hassle of purchasing a new set and removing the old set since Samsung discontinued our model. A 90 day warranty comes with the repair."

"Outstanding Service!! Had extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. First company came out to diagnose, didn t keep parts on hand and had to order compressor. Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!"
