"The T&P valve failed on our water heater on New Year's Eve, and Aaron was out to fix it in 45 minutes. He did a great job, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg despite the holiday visit. I'm now looking around for more projects for these guys to do, I'm very pleased."

"The water heater in a rental unit that I own finally bit the dust. My tentant didn't have hot water (obviously) so I was in a hurry to replace it. I purchased the deal on Angie's List Thursday night hoping that i would be able to call the next day and get it done the same day. I called Mr. Rooter first thing the next morning and they were able to schedule me for the that evening. They arrived on time and got right to work. They even went the extra mile and rerouted the pressure release with PEX because of the odd configuration of the utility closet. <br /> $879 for a new water heater with installation is obviously more than it would cost me to do it myself, but it's still reasononable. I couldn't rope someone into helping me install a new one on such short notice on a Friday night, and this was an emergency. Mr. Rooter came through, and I have no complaints. <br />"
