"Overall a good company. Had a few issues and I am still waiting to hear back on some of the issues that need to be resolved. When I put request in through home advisor and scheduled my first appointment I had to take time off work to be home for appointment window. The guy never showed. I called and he did call me back the next day and offered to come out a day later. He said he would offer a discount for the trouble. We originally called for a repair but after consulting with Patrick the rep, we ended up deciding to replace the both our garage doors. When the tech came to replace the garage doors he did a very good job although did not fix some of the wiring issues that I was having originally when I called. I have a call into the company and spoke with the office staff who said they would get back to me but have not heard from them yet. That was just a few days ago. I will update this review if they do resolve my issue."

"Scott responded my request quickly and gave us a free inspection since he was around our area. Then he suggested me to replace the head instead of fixing it because that machine is pretty old and repair may cost more money because I would finally replace it. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable about garage stuff. He did a excellent job for the head, tune up and rubber seals. Will recommend him!"
