"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Mr. Hollister was great! I was really impressed with his promptness, quality of work and friendliness. The plumbing was the smoothest process for our 2nd floor addition project. Thank you Mr. Hollister for your great work, patience and flexibility! I would hire him again."

"My Experience with Blue Bear was Excellent and I Couldn?t be happier. I recently had a two mini split heads installed, from start to finish the team was professional, Knowledgable, and incredibly easy to work with. They took the time to explain all the options, walked me through the installation processed, and answered any remaining questions I had. The installation itself was done quickly and cleanly-Everything looks neat and works perfectly. It?s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I?d high recommend blue bear plumbing, heating and air to anyone considering any HVAC install including mini splits!"

"Can't say enough good things about Whalen Plumbing and Heating. Our tankless water heater was giving us inconsistent temperatures and error codes, and they made the fix painless. They showed up on time, asked what we'd noticed before touching anything, and clearly know these units inside and out. They flushed and descaled the heat exchanger, cleaned the inlet filter, and checked the venting and connections, explaining everything in plain English with no pressure to upsell. They were respectful of our home and left the area cleaner than they found it. Pricing was fair and matched the quote exactly. Since the visit, our hot water has been steady and the unit runs quieter than it has in a long time."

"He came on time and installed 2 toilets for me —well done job"

"Pilgrim was great ! My wife spoke with Kenzie in the phone. She was very helpful. We have a very large, protective rescue dog who needs to be secured when anyone comes to work on our house. She called when the technician was on his way. Her communication was great. The technician, Freddy, was very professional and personable. He explained everthing he was doing and also had good communication skills. Freddy was very thorough and clearly takes pride in his profession. I highly recommend Pilgrim AC & heating service. Thank you for a job well done by everyone. We had our annual central AC system maintenance done."
