"Phil was responsive and took the time to understand our computer issues—including how the use of them differed. He repaired/reprogrammed them according to the specific need of each. The service was amazingly fast and professional—and the costs were very reasonable in comparison to others. Skip the Geek Squad and call PT!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The quality of work was excellent, good customer service, they fix the computer, friendly, and it was a good price."

"Excellent service! Open communication about the progress of the repair and went above and beyond to ensure other aspects of the computer were up to date and running well. I can't recommend WGS enough!!"

He is professional, punctual and very honest. Chip knows his stuff and I would recommend him for all your computer needs."
