James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. After the job was complete, Luis did a thorough inspection of the work and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the work. "It’s never a good time for your roof to start leaking, but if it’s going to happen, you can only hope to find a roofer like Mighty Dog Roofing of Rhode Island. We bought our house a couple years ago with the knowledge that we’d need a new roof soon. Sure enough, this spring, rain started coming in through our bathroom ceiling. We put a bucket out, and started making phone calls. One of those was to Mighty Dog Roofing of Rhode Island. Within a couple hours, they were at our house, placing a temporary patch, and talking us through the work we’d need done. They sent up a drone to take pictures, and peeked into the attic. It was the beginning of a truly exceptional relationship. Here are three reasons we loved working with Mighty Dog: Patience!
