He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. "Aaron tore off our old deck as it was not structurally sound. He took the time to explain/show why deck was not sound or lagged into the house correctly. He then replaced our deck giving extra supports posts that were concreted into ground. Taking time to add extra supports to bear the load with extra lagging into the foundation of the home. When the deck was done he then added a pergola which flowed seamlessly off the roof line without anchoring into the roof. The extra time taken to all the details, ensuring that it was beyond structural standards means this deck will out last us!"

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
