"I've been using them for probably the last four years or so.  We actually see them in the neighborhood.  They do a good job. The staff is very good.  It is an interesting line of work; it is not a work that I would do.  Scott seems to run the whole lawn and we appreciate that.  We had one problem were they over sprayed and fried the lawn a little bit but they did come out and looked at what happened to the lawn and gave us some credit.  They were responsive to the complaint but they did fry the grass.  Their prices are fine."

I was very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that each and every employee of this company had. From sales all the way through installation, everything went smoothly. They even neatened up the lawn and flower beds afterward installation so that you barely knew they had been there. They made any necessary adjustments to the sprinkler heads after we had been using the system for a bit. Then they came back out in the fall to winterize the system to prevent any water from freezing in the pipes. I felt the prices were definitely fair and the customer service was top notch. "Jeff is absolutely awesome!! He knows SO much about trees, and how to keep them healthy and thriving. So many tree companies just want to take trees down; not these guys. They know what to do to help trees do their best! They pruned our large trees out front, one large limb removal, and did some fertilizer applications. Just having him walk around my yard to see how my other trees were doing was SO helpful, a few little pieces of advice he gave me about how to take care of them were awesome. His advice to add a cable to support to a few precarious limbs were just the advice I was looking for."

"The system was scheduled and installed exactly in the timeframe promised! The owner came out to my home to evaluate my needs and go over my questions and concerns. He was very pleasant to deal with and I did not get any bad and quot;vibesand quot; about him or his product. His team came and installed the system and did a terrific job. I did encounter a couple little minor problems with the install. I called and he came out the very next day to make the repair. After some days went by and I really got to learn the system, I wanted him to come by and educate me and make some adjustments. He came out and helped me adjust some of the heads and answer questions about the control unit. "I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"We went to pick out the stone to be used at a stone supply store recommended by Quinn (incidentally, they were great too.  Very helpful and friendly!)  Then the store and Quinn coordinated the delivery of the stone that we picked.  Quinn was extremely reliable.  Whenever he said they would be there, they were.  He always called to let us know the arrival time and how long it would take.  And, it always panned out the way he said.  The wall and steps are beautiful and well-crafted.  He prepared our yard for work he'll do for us in the spring, because our budget didn't allow all the work to be done at once.  He was willing to work with our budget constraints.  We never felt pressured in our conversations with him to do more than we could afford or wanted to do.  And, he always returned our phone calls and cleaned up after the work.  We are going to use him again to finish off the yard with a patio made of pavers.  He may be a little on the expensive side, but it's worth paying for the reliability and professionality. <br />"

"Contacted them to treat against Bagbugs that seemed to be getting a stronghold on the 50 feet or so of 8 foot tall trees. The technician arrived, treated with topical pesticide and provided direct root injection of fertilizer. As of now, both treatments have seemed to work miracles, the trees are looking great. The next treatment to ensure bagbugs are eliminated will be in the spring. <br /> I am very pleased with Winterberry and all of their divisions. <br /> <br />"
