Brad Moreau quoted me a price that was within my budget, and he stuck to it. He suggested options that added to the beauty of the project such as a stunning vaulted tongue and groove ceiling and pocket doors for the closets to save space. I was very specific that I needed the project to start in the spring and finish before the cold weather, and he was right on time. He hired sub-contractors for the foundation, heating/cooling, electricity and carpeting, and every one of them did an amazing job in a timely manner. All the workers were pleasant and conscientious about the job. I would definitely recommend hiring Bradford Builders for any construction project, and intend to hire them again in the future for other projects that I have planned."

He was very accommodating and followed through on everything he promised. There were no unpleasant surprises and the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. His crew were very courteous and considerate. They were not leaving unless we were completely satisfied. They also did small things that were not contracted for no charge such as replacing our entryway door set, patching drywall and repairing damaged baseboard. They even fit in a small side job I needed done when I realized installing a heavy glass shower door was beyond my own abilities. "Mike came out and did an estimate for a wall removal for me. He answered the phone when I called (very rare for contractors) and we scheduled an estimate a few days later. At the estimate, he was extremely knowledgable and thorough, but was a little gruff. He also emphasized everything that could go wrong and added that in. This could be a good and bad thing. He gave me a ballpark number and left the property saying that he would follow up with a quote. But I didn't hear from again after that. Ultimately his estimate was a lot higher (about 5-10 times higher) than other contractors and his overall design of what it was going to look like in the end, didn't fit what I wanted. So we ultimately did not go with Teagno."
