They arrived right on time, and took me through what they were about to do with the install. They identified a couple of problems with the doors themselves and for a very reasonable price repaired that also. In addition, there was part needed for my installation that did not come with the garage door opener. They found the part closeby, went and picked it up and installed it perfectly.
