We made the request for a plumber on HomeAdvisor and Samir responded to the request immediately and came out to the house (on a Sunday) within an hour. He spent several hours explaining everything to me and was very thorough. He fixed the leak and we were able to get our gas turned back in the same day. I highly recommend him."

"Geremi is as good as gold. Fair pricing, sensitive to my tenants, meticulously clean if he needed to work inside the house, covered everything with plastic. We had a major plumbing fail of old pipes, causing a lake under the house. He replaced the original 1950s piping that was leaking heavily, and it was a lot of work, but he brought a big crew to get it done quickly so it did not inconvenience my tenants. We'll soon have him back to replace the rest of the old sewage pipes before they leak. My tenants really liked Geremi, and his ratings were excellent. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and I will hire him again, very soon, to complete the overhaul."

"I replaced a main sewer line, part of it was burst piping and part was epoxy liner. I wanted the job to be completed under city permit. I chose to go with Alliance United because they were able to beat other bids and could do the job with minimal interruption to the tenants while the job was completed. Javier and his team did an excellent job and completed the job in one day. Had the city come out for inspection and provided me with the copy of the permit. "Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Jose, the owner returned my call a few minutes after I had contacted him said he would be out within 30 to minutes to an hour. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years. He came out to examine the problem so he could give me a realistic quote, even though he was at the end of his day, and then came back the next day to fix it. He explained exactly what he needed to do and why it would cost what it cost, and the whole job went smoothly and quickly. He cleared out the drains, installed new pipework where the old was disintegrating, fixed the water flow problem in my sink, and cleaned everything up meticulously. I will definitely be calling him again."
