"Jared from Apex roofing called because he was running late. I appreciate that. When he arrived (only about 5 min late) he said he could do the job right then. Replaced the ridge shingles that had blown off. I had shingles. He also walked the roof and fixed a minor loose shingle. Cost $150. This was a great job. I had received estimates for the job ranging from $1,425 to $800. This was a simple job as Jared proved. Apex is not out to pull the wool over your eyes and charge much more than the job requires. I will use them again when needed."

"We would highly recommend Grennan Construction for any roof work that you may need done. The owner, Mike Grennan, came to the house and spent a lot of time going over the quote after spending much time on the roof measuring and examining the job. He gave us an itemized quote with pictures and a list of the materials used. We were having trouble making up our minds as to the color of shingles to be used. To help us out, we were given addresses of homes that had the colors we were interested in, which made our decision easy! On the actual job, Steve, the project manager did a fabulous job keeping us abreast of what was going on each day. At the end of the work day, Steve always checked in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. Our property was left spotless each day. They removed all tarps every evening and used a large magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind. They came every morning at the promised time and put in a long day's work, every day, leaving only when it was getting dark. Fantastic work ethic. The entire crew was extremely professional and did a superior job. For the work that was done, the price was competitive with others we received. We would definitely use Grennan construction again, hands down."

"After getting 3 estimates from different companies, Alvin from CHI came to my home. Al was was a refreshing change from my previous experiences. He was friendly and professional, but more importantly, he's reasonable and honest. He made me a fair offer and my roof was completed 2 weeks later. The roofing crew did a great job. They placed tarps all around my home to collect any debris, removed my old shingles, replaced some damaged plywood, and installed the new roof all in one day. The clean-up was remarkable--you wouldn't have known they were there except for the beautiful new roof. I was very impressed by Al and the people at CHI.
