"Kevin resolved a coolant leaking issue in my ductless AC system that two previous AC companies failed to resolve. Seeing that I took an active interest in the system mechanics, Kevin explained relevant system details and the repair process every step of the way. Kevin is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and very fairly priced. I highly recommend Kevin Russo HVAC."

"Totally impressed ! First time customer. I woke up with my garage ceiling acting like a rain cloud. Water coming down,! Went on computer looking for plumber in my area, Who's available and has more than 3 stars ! Called several but no luck in getting thru. or making contact. I found Proactive thru Home Advisor. Start with their customer service -very professional & courteous,. Service manager responded in short time in making adjustments to one of the service tech's route schedule. Service Tech -Gary was a great guy, great tech in knowing within 1-2 minutes exactly where my problem was and he did a cost sheet before he started & completed any work. Our problem is now solved and we now have no need to look any further when we have a plumbing problem -call "Proactive Comfort" , you will never regret it -they will be your 5 star plumber too ! Take Care, Larry L. Weare,N.H."

"Spent a lot of time making sure everything was serviced appropriately."

"Repairs were excellent and thorough "even well documented". The tech found units low on coolant. He identified and repaired multiple refrigerant leak points. I have dealt with many HVAC contractors over the years and Freedom Air Mechanical is one of the best. I highly recommend."
