"John replaced the house sewer line due to tree root intrusion and adressed a recent city main sewer line backup. The scope of work included digging, old sewer line replacement, installing a back flow check valve to prevent future city sewerage backup and refill and level the dirt back to grade. John was very careful and considerate of the landscape during the work with minimal disturbance to the area. He was very efficient and professional from the project scope, quote, schedule and project completion. "called right away and let me know he would be there in the afternoon. Started getting worried around 2 pm when I hadn't heard from them. I messaged Andrew and he called me back right away and let me know he was still coming. He found our septic tank and pumped. unfortunately, that didn't solve our plumbing issues. He tried to snake out the toilet but no help. He tried so hard to take care of our issues but in the end it is a plumbing issue and not a septic issue so we ended up having to call a plumber. Would highly recommend for any septic issues or pumping!"

"We recently moved to Huron and the house we purchased has a gas water heating system which we have never had any dealings with.  When it seemed to take a very long time to heat the house we were concerned.  I called Gilbert Heating and Air Conditioning because there were tags on the furnace showing that they had previously serviced it.  Even though I had never used this company before, they scheduled me for 8:00 am the next morning.  This is a much better turnaround time than I have ever received before from any service company.  A technician named Tanner showed up on time and was very helpful.  Although there turned out not to be anything wrong with the furnace, Tanner gave us some tips and explained the heating method to us.

Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water.
