Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "It was great from start to finish.  Every subcontractor was polite and punctual.  The work was done in the soundest and highest quality manner possible.  You might experience a wait to have Redman Construction do your job, but it is WELL worth it.  It was a completely positive experience and without any of the disturbance and/or surprises you often hear about.  We are definitely getting on Redman's roster for PHASE 2 and probably 3 of our home repairs.  Th company is based right down the street from us and it feels GREAT to work with someone so local.

"We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through.
