"I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bill! He was the first to respond to our request and came to see us the same day to analyze the problem with our refrigerator. He was very professional and knowledgeable about refrigerators and was generous about sharing this knowledge with us. "My LG fridge stopped working. After contacting my appliance " insurance" company that boasts about same day service did not provide that service. I contacted Act Right Appliance and Donnell scheduled me right away. I rarely provide reviews but when a company provides superior service you need to acknowledge that! He was responsive, timely, honest, explained his diagnosis and made the repair all at once. It's nice not living out of my cooler! "
