Get matched with top water heater repair or service pros in Novato, CA

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Jamie is first class. Had my tankless water heater running and provided good advice."

"Eric, Alex and Jake were all outstanding in replacing my two hot water storage tanks with a new tankless hot water heater. They were prompt, professional and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them and will use them for all future plumbing tasks."

"Very professional. Resolved our issue in a timely manner. Only complaint is that a part was replaced without talking to me about it ahead of time. It wasn’t a cheap part. After the work was done and I was given an explanation I would have most likely done the work. But I would have liked the option to make that call."

"Went above & beyond in service. Got the Furnace replaced, brought space heaters for the occupants, Got it done quickly & left no mess. Redid the duct work and worked well with the occupant. Thought this type of service did not exist anymore. Was pleased how quickly Furnace was replaced ."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and needed to be replaced immediately. Usually getting someone to come over in an emergency is not easy, but when I phoned Arreaga Santos Plumbing Santos said he would come over right away, which he did. My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. Based on the entire situation there is no other plumber I would use in the future. Just call him, you will be as happy as I am."

"Marcell and True Blue Plumbing were a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and took pride in his work and client satisfaction. Marcell installed a gas line for me in Napa within the same week of providing the estimate, and he even helped me flush out my water heater free of charge. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs. My profession is a property manager and itâ s hard to find quality vendors like True Blueâ ¦Thanks again."

"Excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, replaced our old water heater with a new one, left everything very clean and, from what I can tell, provided excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price."

"Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."
