When James came out to see what I was talking about, he took all options available to me and simplified it because of his honesty and his approach to My concerns he gave me three options a standard breakout concrete fix a copper pipe that was leaking and then put the concrete back on top, Re-piping of the one line that was leaking, or redo the whole house re-piping the entire house with two and three-quarter bath the team came in and did a fantastic job. They were efficient thorough and got it done the entire job in two days included drywall patching, and finish to match the texture of my house the pricing was very fair and the reason why I went to James thank you so much for all your help. He came to our about a month ago, inspected our water heater, told us what needed to be done, explained everything including about updating our inlet water with a pressure regulator and new shut off valve. Sent me a quote with all repairs and items required. After a month, we had him do the job and had the same quote. Everything completed and explained and did how I wanted installed. "Jesse came out to view project and give a quote. He was on time and very helpful. He checked our water main for pressure and found a small leak at one of the joints. He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."
