"Customer service was above and beyond, it all started with the friendly receptionist who said "let me call my plumbing manager and see if we can get someone out to give you a quote " (we had a leaking pipe in our basement)it's Friday late afternoon and she said "we can have a plumbing tech there within 30 minutes " 10 minutes later Zach shows up. Very friendly, knowledgeable, went down to the basement found the problem, went to go purchase a few things he needed to get the job done and came back and cut out and replaced my leaking pipe!!! He was apologizing for having to go to the store because he's no longer in the field..he's actually the plumbing Manager!!! He didn't want us to have to wait through the weekend. Above and beyond Customer service!!"

"Removed hot water heater, added tankless heater. unclogged slow drains. Very professional, 3 guys showed up and made quick work of the projects. Walked us through what they were doing, in a professional, easy to understand manner. Gave us final directions on how to use the new tankless heater. Also, informed us on what to look for if our 70 year old pipes start having issues. They did not push us to spend a ton of money to re-pipe the house now. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

This was the first time I've used Angie's List. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher began backing up on Saturday night. I tried to fix the problem myself, which has occurred before, but this time I could not get it to clear.

I called Jim on Sunday morning at 11am. He answered, and first indicated that he didn't typically work on Sunday's, but offered to assist. He arrived within an hour, discovered that the problem was a bit more complicated, left to get more equipment, and returned again within about 30 minutes. He completed his work in about an hour; gave us some helpful hints on ways to avoid this happening again, and thoroughly cleaned up the area he was working in.

I found Jim to be professional and courteous, and I liked the fact that he's a local businessman who cares about treating his customers right.
