Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Nutting-lake, MA

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"I spent over a year trying to get our home renovation project off the ground. We met with many contractors that either found our project too large or too small. Our plans included adding on a 16x16 room, a large two-tiered deck, and renovating the entire first floor. Ryan came to check out our project and within no time had an all-inclusive estimate prepared for us. It was priced very reasonable and his presentation gave us comfort that he could handle our job. Ryan's crew was very considerate, especially considering we were staying in our home during the duration of the project. They were timely, requested consent to be there at various times and worked consistently to get our project done. Part of the project included custom doors and non-tradition trim/detail work. They handled this exceptionally. All the detail work came out great! We would absolutely hire Norman Builders for another project."

"As above...simply marvelous. Eduardo is extremely neat, always cleaning up when done and placed materials and tools away properly. I had originally met Eduardo three years ago when my sliding glass doors needed replacing and ceilings, closets etc. needed painting. His English, at first, was difficult but since that time, he has vastly improved along with his personal talents and experience as a professional. His carpentry skills and his inbred abilities to do most anything are outstanding. He completed work (counters, seating, flooring etc) in my daughter's Cafe in ample time and nicely done for her grand opening. He's hung closet doors, sliding doors, installed faucets, exhaust fans. He's done some plumbing, tiling, a full shower with built in seat, interior and exterior house painting, rake boards, trim, a bit of electrical work, etc. He's repaired, retaped and painted several ceilings. He has replaced all of the rotted boards hither and yon throughout my property; from the front and back porches and decks, to the shed, to the front stairs to the trim around doors, windows etc. Eduardo, most importantly, is honest and trustworthy and, I must say, most respectful...always. I would not and did not hesitate to leave my doors open when I was out. My home was open for him. He takes pride in his work and has quietly done many extra things that have surprised me so. Example; my trash barrels have been brought in for me, my garden tools or hoses have been picked up for me. Saw dust, debris, dust and dirt have all been cleaned away. He is a good person, a hard worker, and is fairly priced. I would recommend him at any time. You may speak to me personally if you wish further information. He would have my number. I truly, truly, appreciate everything that he has done for me. Work still needs doing and he diligently is working on my list: fieldstone walls that need rebuilding, smoke detectors needing replacing, attic vent fan replacement, wallpaper removal, more interior painting, some high hedge trimming, mulching, edging etc. etc. etc. He will shine at anything and everything that you need doing. "Bob was prompt and detail oriented in doing a couple home repairs. He thoroughly cleaned up the spaces after completing the work which we greatly appreciated. He was reasonably priced and very professional."

"When we started looking for a contractor on Angie's List, we were skeptical that we could find someone who could do three things: being within our budget, easy to communicate with and making sure that the final product was of high quality. We had a big project (renovating two bathrooms, renovating a kitchen, taking down a wall, removing wood paneling from multiple rooms, remodeling our basement, including removing asbestos tile from the whole basement, whole house interior painting, remodeling the laundry room, installing new light fixtures everywhere, etc) and Sanfer ended up being the perfect contractor for us. He was so easy to get in touch with and he did a great job keeping us updated on the project as it was coming along (we weren't living there at the time). While the project ended up going over the original budget we set, we also added multiple projects along the way that Sanfer was able to accomplish. The other thing we truly appreciated is that Sanfer has a true eye for quality and was able to ensure everything was exactly to our standards -- the tiling, the painting, even the installation of our new doorknobs. He even brought certain things up to us to help make the home more secure and prevent future damage (putting up stronger supports under our deck, fixing the flashing around the chimney) that he didn't need to do. When a few things needed to be fixed after the renovations were complete, he wasted no time in sending someone out to do the repair. Sanfer was so nice, honest, and enjoyable to work with, things we were not expecting to find in our general contractor but which made the whole renovation experience that much more positive. We would absolutely recommend him and his crew to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor who will do a high-quality job for a fairly reasonable price."

"Bob was great- this was our first renovation as new homeowners and he helped us through the process, answering all of our questions and listening to what we wanted. We absolutely love the end result!"

"I needed a roof repair asap per order of the health department . I hired DiOrio to do the work after another company failed to fix it properly. James and Derek dropped everything and finished the repair in one day. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Not a drop of water has leaked in and today we passed inspection. I can’t thank them enough."

"I had an outstanding experience with Real Painting and could not be happier with the results. The painting looks fabulous, and the service was of the highest quality. I received quotes from four painters, and Carlos compared very favorably in both price and expertise. Carlos accommodated every request I had to make adjustments to my project and made himself available whenever I tried to reach him. He was extremely knowledgeable about which paints would work best for walls, cabinets, ceilings, and the moisture levels in each room, as well as ways he might work with me to maximize efficiency while reducing costs. His team was highly professional, courteous, and skilled. They carefully wrapped and taped my furniture and home items in every room, always removed their shoes when in carpeted areas, and took great care to protect my home throughout the process. Carlos was referred to me by my realtor, who has had him paint her properties twice. After seeing the excellent work he and his t"

"After our home flooded, Pedro and his team completed a full renovation of our condo. The final result was beautiful. We were very impressed with his electrician and hardwood flooring subcontractor. The scope of our project grew from completing necessary repairs to undertaking a full renovation, which Pedro handled well. We appreciated his advice along the way as we were new to this--he has a good eye for design and steered us in the direction we were looking for. Pedro was accessible and communicative during the process and is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Pedro was kind and thoughtful--with several very special touches for our young kiddo, which we appreciated so much."
