Once install was completed and there was a problem, there were multiple ?miscommunications? with their construction manager. No call and no show for an appointment to fix the problem. Now they want me to trust the Lifetime Warranty that was a major part of the sales pitch. It is laughable. Finally after they came out and fixed the problem with an unsightly fix no calls or contact to see if I was satisfied. Absolutely pitiful."

Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Overall I am satisfied with the job, In fact, we recommended them to our neighbors who hired them to do their siding this Spring."
