"I'll start off by saying that I did not know about this company beforehand and have only been a resident of NJ for 2 years. Mike (the owner) and his team of repairmen are very professional and talented!!! Fixing/installing the hot water heater was the second time I called Mike this year! The first time was earlier in the summer when the air conditioner was broken during a heat wave! He came over almost immediately and kept was transparent about the repair and cost every step of the way! He was able to fix it the same day...just like the hot water heater! Unlike the AC, it couldn't be saved (it was 10 years old), but he and his men worked 4-5 hours straight purchasing a new hot water heater, draining the preexisting one and installing the new unit...and I live on the second floor in a building with no elevator! The cost was definitely the icing on the cake - I seriously challenge anyone to find a company that provides a higher quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail with the value that Tanous Heating and Air Conditioning provides. A great find and a keeper!"

He picked up the new heater at Homedepot and took the old one, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Upon completion of the job, Roberto called numerous times to make sure all was well and also came on a Sunday night upon being informed something was wrong. The best part? Not only were Moe and Chase professional and knowledgeable about how to diagnose and correct our AC systems issues they were friendly and funny. They played with our obnoxious puppy and said hi and bye to my young son. My wife thought that Chase was actually Enrique Iglesias. While their appearance is similar I suggested that young Mr. Iglesias most likely doesn't require a second job. Overall, the service provided by Moe, Chase and Lisa was excellent.
