"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. "It went pretty well.  They obviously knew what they were doing.  They were very neat.  They painted the room with very little disruption to the rest of the house.  They were very quiet.  The owner was one of the painters, which is important, as his name is on the line. 
The room ended up needing two days, as the old paint was dark, and the new is light; the walls needed an extra coat.  They charged the same lower rate for the second day.  There were a few small details that could have been covered better,  and they didn't remove some of the hardware, but rather painted round it.  But they were quite good at detailing with this.  To be fair, I didn't ask them to specifically remove all door hardware, etc. beforehand, and they probably would have if I had.  
 All in all the room looks really nice, like a completely different room.  My daughter is thrilled.  This company deserves more business.

"The designers were very nice.  However, they only recommended/carried a litmit number of suppliers - few of which were in Indy.  The suppliers they carreid were also very expensive.  Even though I sent pictures, I found that I needed a designer that could come to the house and help find local suppliers for paints and material."
