He constantly updated us throughout the repair cycle as to findings discovered once the wall was opened with options. Aaron has pride in his work and reputation. We learned so much from him. A fine young man, which says a lot about his parents. "I had a sewer blockage and they came to give me an estimate. They also used some kind of scanning device to find a leak. The tore out a tree and dug a trench where they said the leak was. There was no evidence of any leak. Everything was totally dry. However, in digging the hole they broke the pipe so I had to have them fix that. I am 76 years old and these guys took advantage of me. They had me over a barrel because it was late in the day and unless I let them fix it then I would have been without water or toilet. They pressured me to get the job done. They did not even have the part. This is a fly by night company. They had to go to Home Depot to get a simple connector that any plumber would have had in their truck. And then they stuck me for $2500 which I paid. I didn't want any trouble. But now I've changed my mind. They can't be allowed to prey on Senior Citizens. I've reported them to BBB but that's a waste of time. I think that since they created a problem where there was none, I should get all of my $2500 back."

"My story is long so please bear with me. My husband broke his hip and ended up having surgery and going to rehabilitation. Our bathroom was not properly equipped to accommodate his needs. I had 7 contractors come to my home and provide estimates to retrofit the master bathroom. To say that their estimates were over the moon is putting it mildly. The owner of Next level Shower and Bath was one of the last contractors to provide an estimate. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. He and I clicked right away. He totally understood what was needed and provided me with many suggestions. I was so impressed with his knowledge of what was needed to make our bathroom usable and comfortable for my husband who prior to the hip surgery, was using a walker and now using a wheelchair. His crew were top notch. They worked very hard and produced quality workmanship. Tim was on site everyday and constantly checking in to make sure he and his team were exceeding expectations.
