The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "In 2014 we replaced 18 windows and were very happy with the windows and service from Weather Tight. At the time we did not replace 6 windows in the rear. The rear doesn't get hit with the sun and weathered better than other areas. Last fall we noticed some rot on the cedar siding below a picture window. Decided it was time to call Weather Tight. Once again Weather Tight exceeded our expectations. Ryan, our sales rep, made sure the windows would match the ones installed 9 years earlier and clearly explained to process and scheduled an installation date to accommodate us. The water damage below the window was much worse than expected. Chris S, Chris C, and Josh did an amazing job replacing all the damaged wood. We built our home 29 years ago. Our contract appeared to state that the O.S.B. would be covered with building paper or felt. IT WAS NOT. That is what caused the water damage. Weather Tight caulked, foamed and covered the new O.S.B. with Tyvek Home Wrap, and replaced the cedar shingles. They also did an exceptional job installing our new replacement windows. They look amazing inside and out. We highly recommend Weather Tight. The people and product are extraordinary."

"I chose Empire to complete a roofing and siding project for my home after 2 other estimates from companies. The salesperson (Erik) was friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained everything they had to offer. They definitely promote the higher end product line, but were willing to do whatever I was comfortable with. I did choose the CraneBoard siding and Owens Corning Duration shingles and was given a fair price for better product compared to the other estimates I had. Color and style were next, and the options on that were amazing also. Once everything was finalized, I assumed I would need to wait until Spring to get everything started. I was told they would be able to start as soon as the materials came in, and they didn't stop working just because it was winter. It was a big job, and they sent a sizable work crew to make sure everything was done in a timely fashion. The installers did a good job, kept my yard clean, and even came in two weekends in a row because the weather was nice. The only mishap was a broken storm window during the roof tear off. They took it out and had it fixed, then broke it putting it back in. It came out again, was repaired and reinstalled. Also, throughout the entire process the communication was excellent. Melissa and Erik were always available to answer questions or provide updates, even later in the evening or the weekend. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process, and am already looking to use Empire again on other projects."
