"Woke up and discovered that I could not get my garage door opened. The coil had broke. I called Precision Door for a service call at 9 am. They texted me to let me know who would be coming by and when. By noon, they helped me get the door open so that I can get my car out of the garage and by 4 pm my door was as good as new. "I had experienced some water damage in my living room earlier this year. I contacted Jerry through Angie's List and he responded in less then an hour. A few days later he came to my house and gave me an estimate for the repairs I needed. The estimate was right in the middle of what I expected it to be. I agreed to go forward and two days later Jerry was at my house promptly and fixed my wall in one day.
Not only did I have to have drywall and molding replaced but my walls are textured with plaster. Jerry told me that the texture would not be a problem and that he could match it exactly. He wasn't kidding. You can't tell the difference between the original and the repair.  No other contractor said they could do this! Jerry was extremely professional throughout and his work was of the utmost quality.
At the end of the day, I had my wall fixed and it looks great, we settled on the agreed upon price and I got my living room back. I will eventually need to make some other repairs in my house and I will be going to Jerry first. Thank you again!

He got me better quality parts than they give you at places like Dell, and at really great prices. He has made house calls for me before and he has fixed my computer remotely via Internet access many times, which is very convenient. Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.
