"Grifco's communication was severely lacking during this job. I hired out for an exterior door jam replacement, a sliding screen door installation for another door, and to install a smart lock. The job took over 9 hours and he was at the home until 8pm at night.. it should have been a two-day job knowing it would take him as long as it did. On top of that, he didn't communicate any preferred form of payment and only took cash or a check... I had to go to the bank at 8pm at night to pay him vs him sending me a standard invoice upon completion of work. He charged me for the smart lock installation which wasn't even accurately assembled. Super disappointed in the quality of work and communication. "

Today, Matt installed recessed lighting in our living room. The job turned out to be way more difficult than anticipated, but Matt finished in a timely manner. He works to upbeat, positive music, doesn’t cuss when he hits a snag, and cleans up after himself. There are other great craftsmen at Mr Handyman Lees Summit, but today we had Matt. He is a pleasure to have in our home. "
