"Josh bid the job prior and upon working discovered rotted hidden planks on the fence.  Fence is 15 years old.  He showed me the issue and gave a fair bid to replace the new fence issues.  He also installed 2 hidden gates to gain access to the other side of the fence.  He showed very creative ways to fix any requested issues.  I highly recommend him as a handyman.

"James and his crew at Cox Custom Remodeling did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Our house was built in 1900 and the nonstandard framing made things more complicated. His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him. James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done. Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on. James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again. "We replaced our old unsafe deck. Jon had a great quote, and good availability. He worked continuously, and finished quickly. He figured out a good solution to a fairly complicated deck roof attachment to the house. When I complained about uneven stair rise, he didn't hesitate to completely rebuild the steps to our satisfaction. Only reason for B on professionalism is that he did not offer to pull building permits. I was able to do it myself, however."

"Allan did a kitchen remodel for us in our condo. He demo'd our old kitchen, and installed new vinyl flooring, cabinets, and countertops. A few highlights: 1) From the initial call, Allan was quick to respond with pricing, contract, scope of work, etc. We were very happy with how professional and reliable he was throughout the full project - scoping the work, assisting with material selection, to the actual remodel. 2) While onsite, I asked Allan to make other modifications to our condo that were out of scope. Allan was fair and reasonable, and we were quickly able to agree on a price for the additional work. Allan did not nickel and dime on every little adjustment, and it greatly improved the overall experience of working with Allan. 3) Allan is very customer focused. He gave insights and recommendations into materials, design choices, and solutions - and it was very helpful to have a trusted, professional opinion on different matters. Allan and his team are committed to doing a good job. When we pointed out areas that we were concerned about or anxious with, Allan made sure to always make any adjustments we asked for and made sure it was just to our liking. "Overall we're very pleased with the final product Remodel Experts, LLC did. Our kitchen is a lot more functional, bright with the added lighting they installed and the new cabinets really helped open things up giving us storage space we didn't have before. Additionally, towards the end of the project we asked if they could tack on an extra project and without flinching they took it on and added a built-in bookcase and replaced our living room mantle and it just looks amazing. We did have a few bumps along the way, but overall very happy with the end result."
