When I called them for service that Sunday, there was no mention or hassle about how it is Sunday and emergency call and extra charge that and service fee that.... "One word can describe Roger, his crew, and their work -AWESOME!!!   From start to finish Roger and his team where very
accommodating even when hiccups occurred.   After the deck was torn off, we discovered there was a lot of wood rot that would need to be repaired before the steps were completed.  Roger and his team completed as much of the patio and steps as they could, then once the wood was repaired six days laterby a handyman they came back to finish the job and put flashing to make sure it wouldn?t happen again.  Roger and his team are extremely conscious about the work being done as well as making sure the customer is happy.  An hour after they finished (and most of the next week) there was a lot of heavy rain and some of the locking sand did not completely dry and was washed away between the pavers on the steps.  I called Roger and asked for some sand to put into the gaps on the steps, they came out and reapplied a new layer on top of the whole patio as well as filled in all the gaps on the steps.  The sand is now dry, locked and looks great.  Everyone was very nice and very hard working, at the end of each day everything was cleaned up and hauled away.  They went above and beyond what was in the contract - installing a underground drain pipe leading about 30 feet away from downspout that was draining under the deck, Installing new sod and mulch around the patio...even providing mulch to cover existing beds to hide the dust created from cutting the pavers.   Very happy with the results, they went above and beyond for the price we paid.  Will definitely have roger and his crew out to do some other projects this fall or next spring

"I completely recommend The Diaz Group for all your landscaping needs. My husband and I hired them for our home to enlarge our existing tiny driveway, install pavers, lighting, complete make over of the front landscaping, backyard landscaping, lighting and pavers. Rafael showed us a virtual view of the landscaping by the help of some sophisticated software they use. =)   We were very excited to see it as it looked like a completely different home and so beautiful. All the work was completed on time to which we agreed.  I must say that everyone was professional and were experts in each of their tasks. They went about the job without any fuss and made sure that no damage to any property was made. I mention this because we had our work done the hottest week of this summer July 4th week-100 degree days all week!! Unbelievable how they worked in that heat!  Best quality of work and amount I've ever paid. Love everything!

"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"
