Chris was prompt with his quote and offered suggestions to help streamline the process. We had several contractors to work (plumbers and foundation repair) with and Chris offered to take the lead so not to miss anything. He was on the job with his crew and stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Our patio looks great and even after install, Chris checks in to ensure nothing was missed. His quality is excellent and his quote was reasonable. He is very organized with his crew and is clear on expectations. "One word can describe Roger, his crew, and their work -AWESOME!!!   From start to finish Roger and his team where very <br /> accommodating even when hiccups occurred.   After the deck was torn off, we discovered there was a lot of wood rot that would need to be repaired before the steps were completed.  Roger and his team completed as much of the patio and steps as they could, then once the wood was repaired six days laterby a handyman they came back to finish the job and put flashing to make sure it wouldn?t happen again.  Roger and his team are extremely conscious about the work being done as well as making sure the customer is happy.  An hour after they finished (and most of the next week) there was a lot of heavy rain and some of the locking sand did not completely dry and was washed away between the pavers on the steps.  I called Roger and asked for some sand to put into the gaps on the steps, they came out and reapplied a new layer on top of the whole patio as well as filled in all the gaps on the steps.  The sand is now dry, locked and looks great.  Everyone was very nice and very hard working, at the end of each day everything was cleaned up and hauled away.  They went above and beyond what was in the contract - installing a underground drain pipe leading about 30 feet away from downspout that was draining under the deck, Installing new sod and mulch around the patio...even providing mulch to cover existing beds to hide the dust created from cutting the pavers.   Very happy with the results, they went above and beyond for the price we paid.  Will definitely have roger and his crew out to do some other projects this fall or next spring <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Could not have gone better! Don, the owner, came over to do a survey of the area and provide a quote. He was thorough and knowledgeable of our local code. Because of how close it would be to the house, he let us know a fire pit would not be possible - however he suggested a fire table instead. This was something we hadn't even considered, and ended up liking even more than the idea of a pit. Don ran a gas line to the table that they built, so no need to deal with propane tanks either. The only delays were due to some quirks with our home's gas line and waiting on the permits from the village - nothing to fault Don's crew. When they were ready to begin, it was only about 5 days of work before the old desk was completely removed, the gas line extended, and the pavers and table installed. Don's crew was fantastic, and Don himself was incredibly responsive (I am very neurotic with home projects and he was very patient with me!). And of course most importantly, the work is VERY high quality. We couldn't be happier with the service. We'll definitely be using Desmond again for any other projects."
