"For five consecutive years here on our modern homestead, we have used the services of Justin at Chimney Sweep Experts to clean our nearly 100 year old chimney and wood stove. From the first day we contacted Justin five years ago, he went above and beyond. Every interaction with Justin has been professional, prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. We know he has been honest because the only source of heat for our home is a wood stove and we have never had a chimney fire. Our chimney was built around 1930 and it does not have a chimney liner. Justin always left our home very clean and reminded us as he left that if we needed anything or had any questions to contact him. We truly felt like we were always a priority to him, even when we had to wait for an opening in his schedule. We find it unfortunate that we will be moving out of his service area after this year, since our homestead is being sold. It has been an absolute pleasure to hire Justin. "In 2016 Triad Installations did an excellent job of re-roofing my 1925 stucco house in Winston-Salem. The work consisted of a main roof (with a fireplace in the main body of the roof), a porch roof, roofs over two dormers and a stub roof in the back over the back eave. Mr. Barlow called me to recommend a new way of sealing the roof against the stucco. After three years I'm happy to report that the roof is still as good as new and that the ceilings are all dry. Of course the job looked great immediately after the installation. I wanted to have the objectivity of time so waited until now to write a review.
