"I received 5 estimates for Central AC & Furnace. Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner. Mike the owner called to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I highly recommend calling So Cal Climate Control, Charles Sullivan I promise you he will not be a waste of your time. "Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air. Follow up: I made my decision and signed the contract. Best decision I could have made. They were thousands of dollars less for the exact same equipment than 3 other companies I got estimates from. When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"

"First I want to extend my thanks to Perry Tubul who came to me personally and look at my situation to repair or replace my old central AC. He quoted me a good price for replacement that I can't refuse. The central AC was replaced with no hitch and on time. Want also to appreciate the work of Joseph and Joshua who were very courteous in installing the condenser and duct. What I admire most is Perry who sent a crane to pick up my old heavy AC from the hillside backyard of my house which is impossible to bring it up to the street level. He is really a gentleman to pursue his promise to pick it up after I already paid the unit and services. My worry for the old AC to tumble down the hill and not hurt our neighbor is a good piece of mind. Again kudos to the team of Perry."

"We recently finished our 600 sq/ft room addition at our home. We can’t write here enough good things about how satisfied we are with the completed addition project. We have already referred SES builders to some of our friends. Our addition project was to add an additional master suite that includes a small sitting room with built in wall cabinets and a small bar, a full bathroom, walk-in closet and of course the bedroom. Gil and his dedicated hardworking crew did a wonderful job. Not only that they took the blue prints and build them but they did it like it was their own project. They asked all the right questions and suggested many recommendations when they noticed a problem with the existing plans. Gil was at our house on a daily basis and he kept us informed of the current status of the work. They finished the remodeling job ahead of the planed date. We will contact them again in the future for any remodeling projects we may have."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
