Get matched with top addition to existing structure builders in Oakham, MA

"My wife and I were looking to have an addition built on our 2 bedroom / 1 bath home back in the winter of 2022. After a phone conversation with Richard, we decided to have him come out to the house. He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. We are grateful to have worked with Richard, and highly recommend him!"

"I recently had a home built for me in Kennebunk,Maine by Jason and the crew of Mason Sky Enterprises and I have nothing but praise for them, not only did they construct my home to the highest standards in an incredibly timely manner but they were also kind and considerate and endlessly patient when it came to my plethora of never ending questions which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend them for any job whether that be large or small. With much gratitude! SSgt.K Campbell USAF (Ret.)"

"Workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness were above average. I have no complaints about anything that was done. I only have one issue which was with communication. Two major aspects of the job were changed without my consent therefore I did not have input into changes I would have made as it was too late when I noticed these changes. They were understandable as they would do to zoning and or building code. But I would’ve had them done completely different. Had I had a choice. This was totally unintentional. I chalk it up to a learning experience on both ends. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"Reliable and very knowledgeable which was so nice because I know nothing"

"The remodel is still in Phase 1....demolition, clean out, putting in new sewer lines and pouring foundation/footings.We are in close contact with Kevin and Marvin every step of the way. They have given many suggestions and presented options to us as we planned the remodel together. This is a huge undertaking, remodeling and redesigning a 100+ year house into a contemporary, multigenerational home. We are all excited and can't wait to see how it develops. We are at the framing stage...so stay tuned. This will be an incredible transformation!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms

"We could not be happier with the work that was done. Brian and his crew showed up when he said they would and were professional, polite and courteous at all times. They kept things as neat as possible while they were working. Their work was impeccable and we could not find one thing to be dissatisfied with. Brian gave us a quote for the job, working within our budget, and it was exactly what we paid in the end. We would not hesitate to hire Morse Builders again for anything and will be recommending him to all of our friends, family and neighbors. We will certainly be enjoying our beautiful deck for many years to come!! Thank you Brian!"
