"I used Angi to find a company that would replace two 30 year old garage doors at my son’s house in West Boylston. I chose Triple A and an installer (Joey) because they were both very highly rated. After first talking with Joey on the phone and then meeting him at the installation site, it was obvious that I made the right choice. Joey “knew his stuff” and is very polite and a hard worker. No games, no hard selling. Prices were up front, accurate, and fair. The doors (custom color and one low clearance) with garage door openers had to be special ordered for delivery about a month later and were then installed a few days later at a date and time that Joey and I agreed on. On completion, Joey took all the old and useless doors, garage door openers, hardware, and packaging and left the garage clean for the cars to be immediately driven in. I have no hesitation in recommending this company or Joey for either installing or repairing garage doors"

"Bruce, the sales consultant, came the next day I called and gave me quotes with a few different options the same day. He was also responsive with questions I had. I decided to go with Door system out of 3 bids based on the competitive price, confidence on the finished clearance I will have, and recommendation from a local contractor friend who is in business for more than 50 years and one competitor. Once the deposit was placed, I was contacted the same day for my availability for the door installation. They informed me the installer's name and a two hour time frame a day before installation day John, the installer, arrived on time and started the installation promptly. During the installation, he had concern about a rusted angle iron on the floor and He went above and beyond to help us remove the rusted angle iron which the door seal will have rest on. The finished door is great, we love it!"

"Rich was scheduled to come on a Friday afternoon.  He was several hours late because of an emergency that absorbed most of his work time that day.  He did stop in long enough to evaluate the problem and make sure the door was functional--the fact that he stopped by at all on a very difficult day was, to me, above and beyond the call of duty.  We agreed on the work to be done.  He returned the following Tuesday and did a complete overhaul of the garage door opening system, which had not been serviced in 15 years.  One of the cables had broken, and my husband did his best to repair it, but ran into trouble without the right length of cable.  Joe set everything to rights.  I am very pleased with his service and his professionalism, under difficult circumstances.
