"I needed alot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future."

"Hiring Boan Built was the best decisions I have ever made. From day one of Scott coming to give me an estimate to the final day of final touches it was amazing. There was never a day I didnâ t know what was going on. I did a major kitchen renovation, removed all the flooring in the entire house and did all new electric. "AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. The heavy brick and mortar waste from the building was promptly removed like it was never there. Would recommend AVSTEP for future building needs."
