He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"It’s cliche, but I would give Vinny and his team more than 5 stars if I could. I was impressed by Vinny immediately by his professionalism. He arrives on time everytime. He does what he says. He comes up with ideas that need to be done on your project and gives you incredible value for the work being done. I’d say he has a eye for making your landscaping project pop in it’s beauty. He selects beautiful flowers, sets rocks in an artistic manner, sets up great looking retaining walls. His team also works fast if you appreciate that, but his team does not work so fast that they forget to do the little things that need to be done. His team is fast and thorough. Overall, I love my new yard and I have a new pride in my house and backyard. I highly recommend Vinny and his team.
