"I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend them if you shower or water heater work done! A special shout-out to Josh, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was just right. Thanks Josh!"

"I have used Local Plumbing a couple of times for different things. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. They are on time and get the work done neatly, fast and on budget!"

"Did a very good job but a bit pricey"

"This was a great experience. Greg came out to check out our Samsung dryer that wasn’t heating. He diagnosed the issue as a bad thermostat and replaced it. He didn’t try to needlessly upsell us. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. Will definitely use him again. Thanks, Greg!"

"Before Wambo’s Waterworks showed up our shower/tub wouldn’t drain properly and left us standing in ankle deep water by the time we’re done bathing. Thanks to him we no longer have this issue, water drains as fast as it’s coming in now, and no more filthy my feet upon exiting shower."

"We called Steve yesterday late yesterday afternoon and he was able to come this morning ( a Saturday) and look at it. He called first, when he said he would, arrived promptly, and fixed the problem. Being without air in July in Memphis is obviously not comfortable so we are very happy to have cool air once again! Actually, this company installed this air conditioning system along with a new furnace, many years ago and it’s been great. When the time comes for us to need a new system, we will definitely go with Southern Comfort again. I highly recommend them!"

"They were extremely professional and were willing to work with my schedule."

"Derek the owner was easy to work with and the crew that changed my water heater were timely and did a great job and cleaned everything up! Great job!"
