Im a very knowledgeable (20 years) in any home repairs from plumbing, electrical, light carpentry some hvac. oOther small projects like building furniture, cabinets, curtains, door nobs , door hinges, video cameras, etc. I will travel 40 miles from Buckingham Pa. "Wow, Schaine fixed the issue with the 17 yr old Hotpoint oven, on 5-15-18 He arrived at 3:30 pm reviewed my oven, gave the quote and I agreed. He then set his timer and he finished that job in about 1/2 hour and even had time after he finished my first concern to put freon in my ducan central air system.
