"Jack was very responsive, personable and professional. I had some tiling and grouting issues around my pool/spa. Jack was willing to perform the repairs while the pool companies would only offer a complete replacement of tiles and and coping at 10 times the price. As far as i can see he did a thorough and professional job, and it certainly looks very good. However with pol tiles you don't really know until until they have undergone a winter under the cover. If they are still intact next year I'll up the value for money and overall score to 5"

We had an electric tool which my husband had used to remove grout successfully in other rooms. Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping.We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND. It took all day but they were successful. The next day it was sealed, and the floor looks like new!"

I didn't mention the glass shower door and he said they could clean that also. The work they did was fabulous, the shower looks brand new. They were very professional (shoes off at the front door), cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't think it would look at good as it does. We built the house 16 years ago and it now looks as it did when we moved in. Highly recommend them. I had an estimate that was about 1/2 of what Sir Grout charged but I just didn't get the same level of confidence. I have no regrets going with a higher price."
