Its not like I could turn my water off. John came out and bypassed the meter. The price was reasonable I thought. I would use him again. I have referred him to many people. The first thing is that he was the only one who would come promptly. He came in 2 hours. He bypassed came back 2 days later. They had to dig up my lawn to replace the pipe and when they were done you could not even tell they had touch the lawn. You could not see where they had dug it up. They were on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I couldn't say enough good things."

Were very tidy inside (including wearing over shoe booties and laying out plastic to catch most of the debris from the job on the inside portion). <br /> Originally we were thinking we would not be able to go with this company when comparing different vendors based on a large price differential. Then we realized we were not comparing apples to apples. Switching from R-22 coolant to R-410A coolant based compressors is a large shift in price (mainly in the compressor price itself).  tough call on whether to go with R-22 system (which is already being phased out) or to go with the new industry standard R-410A. We decided to pay more upfront to go with the new industry standard considering we want to live in the house awhile.  <br /> Once we were comparing the same scope project, Greiner was very competitve in their estimate and included several additional items in their scope, such as drain pan change, free thermostat changes, and free register switches in 4 rooms. <br /> They were not able to schedule an install for next day or same day for my situation (they made a same day estimate of the project), but we had the luxury of our old unit still functioning but not being able to repair the leaks and runing very inefficiently (~55-60% less efficient than the new 13 seer unit). <br /> Very much liked this company. They do not sell R-22 AC units anymore and may not be able to do same day or within 24 hour installs, but otherwsise I really liked them and felt they handled my project with professionalism and integrity and were competitive on pricing when comparing project scopes on equal footing. <br />"

I called them one morning and, after I had initially scheduled their first available appointment for a day or two later, the plumber (Scott) was able to come by later the same day. The plumber evaluated the work, discussed cost-performance tradeoffs for the leaking valves and sink drain accessories, purchased the parts, and installed them and connected the sink and faucet. The work was completed in about 2 hours (including the time taken to buy parts). The system so far has been problem-free. The plumber worked very efficiently and was always helpful and courteous. He also was happy to take a few minutes (at no charge) to explain to me how to take care of some minor plumbing connection and repair issues on my own, as well as to give rough estimates for some larger plumbing work I was considering. <br /> The charge was on a time-and-materials basis, at $85/hr for labor. I don’t know if this is a typical labor rate, so I didn’t provide a rating for price. <br />"

"Serviceperson arrived and checked out the system. He said the motor and fan needed replacement and that would run approximately $500 plus labor. He told me that he was very busy, and my call had been popped into his schedule without notice and if I wanted the work done he didn't know when it could be done as he was scheduled out for a good while. "This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick.
