Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. Alan explained the problems, offered options and suggestions, and completed the full repair and remodel true to his estimate and promised completion time. This included repairing the 2 1/2 story chimney , all hidden damages, framing, drywall, subfloor and flooring, plumbing and electrical, ceiling repairs and painting, and installation of new shower, toilet, and vanity.
