"Great work. Made sure we were completely satisfied at each stage. Treated our house and us with respect. Did a few things in excess of contract. Had them fix hole in drywall in addition to major work. The did and painted it which wasn’t in contract. We are working on another contract with them to paint a lot more of our house."

"
It went amazingly well.  We were worried about the disruption that would be caused by having our bathroom, which is attached to our bedroom, torn apart for several weeks, but Devin and his team could not have made it easier.  They put plastic sheeting over everything in our bedroom during the day during the demolition phase, and also rolled up our very large rug (and replaced it under our king-sized bed after they were done with the work).  They got everything done in the amount of time promised.  The crew were uniformly terrific -- nice, incredibly competent guys.   Devin was  great to work with.  Anything we wanted, he was able to figure out.  He could not have been more accommodating or helpful.  We've worked with a lot of great contractors over the years, and Devin is definitely a star.  Our bathroom designer, Debbie Gray, recommended him, and they worked together really well.  I have recommended the team to several friends already.  "

"Awesome experience with Total Renovations, LLC. Knowledgeable, responsive, considerate, patient, went above and beyond, informative, a true professional and fair. These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovations, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovations , LLC and its owner, Russell. From day one, which was actually a few months before we hired him and his team, Russell was extremely pleasant to work with. I called and informed him of the task we were wanting to have completed, as well as the fact that we were new to this experience. He was very patient in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Once we had a signed contract between ourselves and Total Renovations, LLC, Russell took it from there. Whether it was obtaining architectural drawing designs, permits from the county, or the construction and clean up of the project, Russell and his team took care of every step along the way. Unlike some other companies that may be dismissive of your project if they feel that it won’t make them enough money, or are dismissive of your task altogether, Russell and his team were a complete joy and relief to work with. They are very punctual, as they show up on time, every time. And I mean EVERY TIME. Additionally, his crew made sure to do an excellent job cleaning up after each day of work. This was truly appreciated as we have a young child and a dog living in the house as it was being remodeled. In this market and with inflation being what it is, we all know that some companies may try to stiff their customers by engaging in price gouging here and there. That was not at all the case with Total Renovations, LLC. The price that they quoted us and signed for was what was adhered to. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house. If you have a task or project that you’re thinking about having done with your home, we HIGHLY recommend that you chose to hire Russell and his team with Total Renovations, LLC. We guarantee that you will not be disappointed. We also guarantee that you will love the end result."

"We are so pleased with our kitchen renovation completed by WaterStone Kitchen and Bath. We didn’t know about them until a family friend recommended that we reach out to Jeff Thompson. We were in the midst of getting several bids and I didn’t know if I should get another. Oh my goodness. We are so happy that we did! During our first meeting, both Jeff and Deanna Llewellyn, his fantastic designer, met with us to look at our space, listen to our ideas and then they immediately started bouncing ideas off of one another. The out-of-the box thinking and design ideas were so welcomed! Jeff and Deanna proposed creating a walk-in pantry and making sure the lines in our kitchen were aligned. This hadn’t occurred to us and other companies hadn’t offered anything other than what we had proposed. Jeff and Deanna had us come into their office to see their proposal and drawings. We were so impressed and the space looked amazing in their drawings--two walls gone, a good sized walk-in pantry and lovely living space. Deanna immediately gave us ideas for cabinets and our island and they were exactly the color, offered the storage and presented the book shelves I was hoping for. We had a hard time containing our excitement. We feel their pricing was fair for the project they said they would be able to do. Their estimate was a little higher than our other bids but having gone with WaterStone, we feel they were worth the slightly higher price. Jeff even came up with ways where we could cut back on costs if we so chose. That was really helpful and gave us food for thought. Naturally we signed with them and they were able to do everything they promised in their designs! We intend to come back to Water Stone for future renovations. Jeff and his team came out right away to poke holes in walls and talk through his plans of moving plumbing and electrical components in our kitchen. They laid out a plan of attack and were able to start quickly and keep the renovation running, even during a pandemic. Luckily, we were able to move out during the renovation which I think helped the team get their work done more easily. Deanna was delightful to work with, always communicative and has wonderful taste. I knew I liked color and wanted to incorporate that into my granite, paint color and tiles. Once I had my granite selected, she helped to show me the best accents to go with it. She was also open to sourcing my pantry door from a new company that could provide frosted doors with interesting designs. I also found it helpful that she managed our expectations about timing as our renovation started right at the beginning of the pandemic. I would just love to work with Deanna again! Javier and his team who were assigned to our renovation were outstanding. Javier is incredibly talented and it’s amazing how much he can do. We were especially delighted when he was able to improve our pantry in several ways to allow us even more space. It’s fabulous! When we do another renovation, we would feel so lucky to get Javier and his team assigned to our home again. As with all renovations there are little bumps along the road and the only one we had for this renovation was when a batch of our new wood floors was a different tone from the other new boxes. Jeff immediately came out to look and the floor was fixed within days. Finally, it’s probably not many renovations where the “punch list” is almost non-existent but that was our renovation! My husband and I look at our open-space, beautiful kitchen and living area and can’t think of a single thing we would change. We feel spoiled by such a lovely experience, wonderful company, and genuinely nice people. We will absolutely come back to Water Stone when we want to renovate our home’s bathrooms. We hope that you consider Water Stone too--if you have anything near the experience we did, you’ll be beaming about your renovation as well!"

"I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel and kitchen that Tony & his incredible crew from Manex recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive…really a pleasure to have them in my home. Tony went above & beyond in every aspect including making sure I was not simply satisfied with the work but truly happy. I also want to thank his crew member Jimmy . He did an exceptional job & really kept the work site clean every day. I will absolutely use Manex remodeling again for future projects."

"This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with since we bought our home 25 years ago.  The owner is incredibly professional and very easy to work with.    The crew took down the old deck within a matter of hours and began work on the new deck the same day.  The carpenters were terrific and they had the new deck done within a matter of days.  We were able to use the deck for our Easter Sunday company.   The deck is stunning.  It's larger than the old one, it's made of composite and the attention to detail makes this deck pop.    The owner paid a lot of attention to the structure in order to make the deck design easier for my husband who is recovering from a stroke.   I cannot say enough positive things about this company and crew.

"Excellent diagnosis of the work needed. Complete review of external meter and cable rigging needs, upgrade to new panel inside the house and corresponding grounding under the house (crawl space). Very reasonable pricing as well. I’ve hired D&G Remodeling for the work. The Lord is good! Thank you Angi!"

"The technician -- Angelo -- arrived on time, clearly knew what he needed to do, was efficient, and very friendly. Also, the staff in the office were very easy to work with, and were good about keeping me informed of the schedule for my work. I will certainly go back to JW for additional work."

"One of the best contractors that we have worked with in our 13 years in this area! Our deck took 2-3 days to complete, the workers were on time, cleaned up after and non invasive (I work from home). We LOVED the outcome. We are hoping to have them do a remodel of the front porch before the Summer is out! We plan on using them for all our remodeling needs. Beautiful couple who work like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend their services for any project you may have. - Yvette & Chris Fowler"

"Nv helped us with our one story addition over three years ago. Everything was seamless on the foundation prep contract and we’re happy on our one story to this day. Would hire again for our needs. Professional and timely"
