"I was experiencing some issues with my original garage door opener (over 24 years old) and remotes. I contacted Jose and his team and they came out to see what the issue was. They suggested instead of fixing the current one because of age, that I should get a new opener. We scheduled the work to be done the following morning. Jose came and had the new opener installed within an hour and half. He let me know the options for the different openers and what each level added in options. I chose the basic opener option, which included wifi/an app to use to open/close the door in addition to a car remote and wall device. He did a fantastic job! "I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."

"Very easy to set up appointment.  Owner patiently answered all my questions and suggested best configurations.  Technician showed up on time.
I did not rate A for quality because 1) installation technician did not clean up. I had to sweep the garage floor multiple times to remove wire pieces, and most annoyingly, many staples used to secure wires on the wall.  2) although all three doors were tuned during installation, one of them began to have loud squeaking noises after one month.  I finally contacted the company three months after installation about the noise issue.  They sent technicians out on the same day and fixed it for me.
