"I called for help to a repair service online, after they took our information Donovan O’Neil called within a few minutes, that’s it! This particular unit was bought at a local small business that promised repairs for life for their customers which wasn’t true at all. So after days of trying to get an appointment, still I didn’t have one but like I said Donovan called me immediately!! Within 2 hours he was at our house solving our issue. “O’Neil Appliance” was such a great company to deal with, Donovan sent his professional profile and credentialed information immediately so we knew who to expect. Donovan was so fair in cost, pleasant to deal with, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and the best repairman in all of our years being homeowners and having many appliances over the years. I will definitely call him for help with any of our appliance needs! I highly recommend him if you need any maintenance or repairs with any of your appliances! Don’t hesitate to call him! 5 stars!"

"Thomas (the technician) quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and recommended a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend Neli as a low cost alternative to expensive appliance repairs."

"Very professional and efficient. Arrived timely, very knowledgeable, and efficiently repaired appliance. Our General Electric large refrigerator was not properly cooling. Found door leakage, ordered the part, and returned to replace the seal. No markup on the part, no added time to repair - entire transaction was very fair. Could not ask for a better experience."

Great, Two technicians showed up and began work. I was called in to view the original builders work. Really! My builder did not even have an electrical box to feed the lights just a wire. I was told some drywall would be removed to feed the wires for the 2 lights. OK.. Well they cut the wall ran the wires set the boxes and replaced the piece of drywall with the scraps. I now have 2 perfectly centered and level locations for my lights. They even left me some drywall scarps from the holes they cut to fill the hammer holes the original builder left.

A great job from a great crew. My wife loved the  sound of the Vac when they cleaned up whatever mess they made. I never saw the mess. Great! Great! Great!

I/m looking for more electrical work just to have them back.....

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. I really do wish I hadn't let another repair service waste a week and that I had simply found Repair Tech Plus first. Eddie and RepairTech Plus made what can potentially be a stressful situation comfortable."

"I purchased the Electrician for a Day deal and was very appreciative of the work. I had four new lights installed and wired (three of them were brackets for ceiling fans) which included measuring and cutting the hole, wiring up the new sockets to switches, and installing the brackets/boxes. Additionally, I had a couple of outlets that needed to be replaced worked on. They were easy to get a hold of, on time, and tidied up the work area after."

"All work that was under contract was done. If the service provider was unable to fix the appliance, Choice Home Warranty replaced it. Everything went well and I am very pleased with my warranty company. I have and will continue to refer to refer people to Home Choice Warranty."

"Hired for air duct cleaning but mold was discovered and pointed out to us.  With young children in the house, we wanted to attack this problem right away so we immediately negotiated a price.  The primary contact was a bit difficult to understand due to language differences and I'm not confident we got a good price, but we were very satisfied with the quality of the work.  They were very timely and the full service took an hour or so.  My recommendation is to check for signs for mold before you order any air duct cleaning services.
